Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application for the BRAZEN Cover Model Search, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Selection Process
All applicants must be 18 years or older. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The cover model and 12 featured women will be chosen at the sole discretion of Angie Anderson Photography based on alignment with the vision and theme of the magazine.
Cover Model Experience
The selected cover model will receive a boudoir experience valued at $2500 at no cost. This experience is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Featured Women Experience
Twelve additional women will be selected to participate at a reduced magazine-feature rate of $1175 (regular value $1875). Payment is required to secure participation. This rate is exclusive to this issue of BRAZEN and is non-transferable.
Payment & Scheduling
Featured participants must submit payment according to the agreed schedule to secure their session date. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of participation.
No Agency Representation
This model search is not affiliated with any modeling agency and does not constitute employment.
Usage & Publication
By participating, selected women grant Angie Anderson Photography the irrevocable right to use images, video, and submitted stories for publication in BRAZEN Magazine, promotional materials, website, social media, advertising, and related marketing without additional compensation.
Creative Direction
Final image selection, magazine layout, and cover selection remain at the sole discretion of Angie Anderson Photography.
Cancellations
If a selected participant withdraws after booking, standard cancellation policies apply. Payments made toward the featured rate are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Issue Changes
Angie Anderson Photography reserves the right to modify dates, publication schedules, themes, or event details if necessary.
